Can I try on clothing?
Yes! We have one change room available in the store. We do request that you keep undergarments on while trying on clothing, and return any clothing you're not interested in to the counter so that that staff can appropriately sterilize items before returning them to the racks. Please note that only one person is permitted to enter the change room at a time.
Can we examine products before buying?
Yes! If there is an item you are interested in, please bring it to the counter and our staff will be happy to open it up for you to see. Additionally, all battery operated/rechargeable items are tested immediately before sale. We even send you home with the batteries!
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
No. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. This policy is mainly in place for health and safety reasons, but applies equally to every item sold either in-store or online.
Can I bring you old magazines/movies/etc. that I don't want anymore?
We do not accept donations of old/unwanted items. While we understand and appreciate that the disposal of these items can be difficult, it is equally difficult for us to dispose of them, and also creates health and safety concerns for our staff.
I'm a business owner looking to sell my products in your store, how do I contact you?

For curbside pickup, what happens if I don't make my scheduled time slot?
If you don't think you can make it to our store for the time slot we've scheduled you for, please send us an email to notify us and we can reschedule for a time that works best for you.
If you haven't picked up your order after a week, you will be sent a second and final pick up notification.
If you still haven't picked up your order after that, the item will be returned to the shelf for sale. No refund will be provided.
